Mark Bouri Chairman and CEO
Mark Bouri has served as Chairman and CEO since 2005. Under his management, the group grew rapidly and became a leader in its field. Mr. Bouri received a Bachelor Degree from Boston University and has over 20 years experience in the cement industry and expertise in cementitious materials.
Mr. Bouri served as Chairman and General Manager of Seament Holding, a world leading international cement group specialized in the trade and production of cement.
He has had extensive experience directing and managing cement plants including Fushe-Kruje Cement Plant, Elbasan Cement Factory, and Cimenterie Du Moyen Orient.
Dr. Eva Goutzamani-Bouri is since 9 years the Director of strategy and business development at EBM, a group of companies of Lebanese interests. She has experience in the field of strategic planning and crisis communications. Dr. Goutzamani-Bouri has previously worked as a consultant on specialized research and market projects in Greece and abroad. She has been involved in assisting companies in the US and Europe to advance their global reputation and manage their image.
On May 2015, she defended her PhD thesis at the Athens University of Business and Economics under the supervision of professor Spyros Lioukas. Her research interests include intangible strategic assets such as reputation and identity and their impact on trust. She holds a BSc from the Department of Mass Media and Communication from the National and Kappodistrian University of Athens and an MA in Business Communication and Strategy from Syracuse University, NY, USA. Dr. Goutzamani-Bouri has served as a reviewer at the Academy of Management review process and has attended numerous academic conferences.

Anastasia Politoudi General Manager
Anastasia Politoudi has served as General Manager at EBM Qatar since 2014 handling fully the company’s operations including supervision of the day-to-day operations, product marketing and sales and contract management.
From 2011 through 2013, Ms. Politoudi worked as Project Engineer of EBM, assisting on the coordination of all the company international projects. In 2011, she received a Master’s of Science (MSc) in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University at Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, specializing in sustainability of engineering projects.
